When you come in for the first time, we keep it simple. One of our dentists will take a look, talk through what’s going on, and outline a plan that fits you. Sometimes that means a cleaning, sometimes a little repair work. Either way, you’ll leave knowing exactly what’s next — no pressure, no surprises.
Many of our patients have been with us for years. Some bring their kids; others bring grandkids. That’s how long we’ve been part of this neighbourhood. Our staff speaks several languages, including Cantonese, Farsi, French, Hindi, Korean, Punjabi, Serbo-Croatian, and Tagalog, so conversations happen naturally.

Dr. Jae Cho, DMD
General Dentist / Owner
Dr. Jae Cho graduated from the University of British Columbia, where he earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree. Dr. Cho always strives to make each patient’s dental experience comfortable, ensuring they leave with smiles that truly reflect their best oral health.
He is committed to providing great oral healthcare to his patients by continually staying informed about current advancements in dentistry. This allows Dr. Cho to offer the best treatments to his patients in all aspects of dentistry including restoratives, cosmetic dentistry, crowns, root canals, pediatric dentistry and oral surgery.
Dr. Cho’s treatment philosophy revolves around patient-centered care, where patients’ opinions and concerns are always prioritized and heard. By valuing your opinions and concerns, he aims to form lasting relationships with his patients for the years ahead. Outside of the clinic, you may find him on the golf course refining his skills on the fairway, or going on long walks with his border collie, Roy.
Serena
Office Manager
Serena Minhas is an experienced Dental Office Manager with a strong clinical and administrative background. A CDA graduate (2017), she brings hands-on expertise in orthodontics, implant surgery, cosmetic dentistry, and practice management. Serena is known for leading high-performing teams, optimizing office workflows, and delivering exceptional patient experiences.
Mary
Lead administer
Mary began her dental career over 18 years ago and worked together with 123Dentist since 2017. She completed her 2nd year Engineering degree in the Philippines and completed her Administrative diploma at CDI College in 2007. She is passionate about getting to know all of our patients and making sure they receive quality service and attention from our front office. Mary loves cooking, travelling and enjoys outdoor activities with family and her dogs Milo and Tinkerbelle.
Baran
Dental Assistant / Admin
Baran completed the Dental Assistant program at CDI College in Montreal on 2021 and continued her professional career in Vancouver. She has gained extensive experience in both dental assisting and front-desk administration, excelling in patient care and reception duties. While continuing to work as a dental assistant, Baran has also advanced into a front desk role, where she is dedicated to creating a welcoming experience and is always happy to assist our valued patients.
Shannon
Registered Dental Hygienist
Shannon is a registered dental hygienist with over five years of experience, with a strong focus on gentle, patient-centred care. She’s passionate about helping patients achieve healthy smiles and making dental cleanings as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Outside the clinic, Shannon loves travelling and exploring new cuisines, embracing her foodie side… but she never forgets to floss.

Registered Dental Hygienist
Laura is a dedicated dental hygienist with professional experience providing high-quality, patient-centered care. Known for her caring and enthusiastic approach, she creates a comfortable and positive environment for patients of all ages. Laura is especially passionate about dental education and enjoys motivating younger generations to develop healthy oral hygiene habits that last a lifetime. Through her work, she strives not only to improve smiles but also to inspire confidence and awareness around the importance of oral health.

After completing her Dental Therapist Diploma in Hong Kong, Stella has built a career focused on patient comfort and precision. She keeps treatments running smoothly and is always ready with reassurance or a quick laugh.

You’ll find Uptown Park Dental right on Sixth and Sixth — the busy corner in Uptown New Westminster that everyone knows. We’re tucked beside Coco Bubble Tea, two doors down from Rocky Point Ice Cream. It’s an easy spot to reach, whether you walk, drive, or hop off the bus nearby.
